At Tropical Heritage GmbH, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services for our business customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully.

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Shipments Only

Please note that Tropical Heritage GmbH operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. Our shipping services are therefore only available to registered business establishments with an approved Tropical Heritage GmbH Business Account.

2. Delivery Methods & Costs

We offer two primary delivery methods:

  • Tropical Heritage GmbH Own Delivery Service (Primary Method - FREE of Charge):
    • For the majority of our orders, we utilize our dedicated in-house delivery fleet. This allows us to maintain direct control over the delivery process and ensure the safe and timely arrival of your goods.
    • Delivery via our own fleet is provided free of charge to our customers.
    • Delivery times and schedules for our own delivery service will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
    • Deliveries will be made directly to the specified business address provided during your order.
  • Swiss Post (For Small Orders – Customer Cost):
    • For small orders that meet specific criteria (e.g., weight, volume), we offer the option of shipping via Swiss Post.
    • All costs associated with Swiss Post shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be calculated and clearly communicated to you during the order confirmation process, prior to finalizing your order.
    • The availability of the Swiss Post option for your order will be determined by Tropical Heritage GmbH based on order size and product type.

3. Delivery Area

Our delivery services primarily cover areas within Switzerland. If you are located outside of our standard delivery zones, please contact us directly to discuss potential shipping arrangements and feasibility.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, a representative from your business may be required to sign for the receipt of the goods. This signature serves as confirmation of delivery.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Tropical Heritage GmbH Own Delivery Service: Estimated delivery windows will be provided upon order confirmation. We strive to fulfill deliveries as efficiently as possible within these windows.
  • Swiss Post: Once handed over to Swiss Post, delivery times are subject to their standard shipping schedules. A tracking number will be provided where available, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Order Tracking

  • For orders delivered via our own service, direct communication regarding delivery status updates will be provided.
  • For orders shipped via Swiss Post, a tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

7. Important Delivery Information

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete, including any specific delivery instructions (e.g., loading dock access, business hours).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that adequate personnel are available to receive and unload the delivery at the agreed-upon time.
  • Tropical Heritage GmbH is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by inaccurate address information, recipient unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic disruptions).

8. Damages or Discrepancies

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to Tropical Heritage GmbH within [e.g., 24-48] hours of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence of any damages to assist with our investigation.
